the auto-report is good but the we can handle the hackers manuel for now
so the auto-ban system should be taken offline.
but there is now almost every time one monderator online so the auto-report is good enough.

By the request of moderators and admins, bugged anticheat autoban system is removed and autoreport is added. The topic is also locked
