This ban Appeal format must be used for making ban appeals. You must also be truthful in reporting. False ban appeals and usage of false nicknames in the ban appeal is not allowed and thus results is topic lock. Anyone can post a ban appeal about another person. But the nickname used in ban appeal must be correct. Usage of False ban appeal format will result in the locking of Topic. Posting more than two ban appeals is also not allowed. You neednt specify the name of admin/moderator if you got banned by anticheat. Finally you must also explain about the situation which you done for getting you banned.
