I told as the host was doing the server updates right? But unfortunately, they lost all our SQL user data files on their SQL server while they were doing backup. It happened because of a massive hardware failure happened at their datacentre.
Unfortunately i also didnt got any complete backup with me. So, I am forced to convince my players about the failure happened. But i am assuring you that dont worry. I will give back whatever stats you had in the server and you can claim refunds as this happened because of my fault. Here is the proof chatlog of my conversation with Hosting Company Executive
