Server Maintenance by our host

Greetings,

I got this message from our host when i tried to login in our game panel



In fact i can do nothing on this issue unless waiting for 2 weeks to get back the main server to online. Anyways we must not let our server to go down. so i have purchased a small server from Volt Host at UK (8 slots, since we dont have much players) for 2 weeks and hosted our server there. This temporary server will be using the main server database. so whatever you play and earn in this server also will be taken to main server database and we will be changing back to main server after 2 weeks as soon as main server is back online. i have also backed up the main server data inorder to prevent data loss while our host is doing maintenance. So, the temporary server IP is

176.227.201.37:9500

I just only purchased it now and havent yet uploaded the files. i will do it tonight as soon as i can and you will be able to play there in the temporary server using the same password, username and stats as you have in main server. I am really apologizing for the inconvinience caused due to it.

More updates by the host will be posted soon as they message me

Thx for the info,I was wondering what is happening.Well,I'll play on the temporary server,I hope everything that I will earn will really be transfered back to the original server.Also I hope 2 weeks will be enough for the host company to deal with the issue where the server is going down and then not automatically restarting.

Main server database is also down. so, we need to use backup server database. so player stats wont be there in backup server, you need to start from begining . When the main server is back, the stats you earned in backup server will also be added to main database. So, you wont lose any stats you earned till now

Since the host has been moving our server to a new data centre, is there any chance of changing the IP address of the box at which our server is hosted?? if yes, what will be the new address?? Can you post the new IP here as soon as server is back online??

I prefer 65.111.167.142 as our new IP address. By the way, do you have any choice for the port you offer?? It might be better if i could get 9500 as the port for our server. So that i could get our IP as 65.111.167.142:9500 ,Can you please offer 9500 port for us?

All servers are back online! sorry for the long wait our sql server was being a pain in the butt on wanting to install

Our server is back online on 65.111.167.145:9500 at USA. Also the SQL data is  lost. So, i need to give back all user status I am having exams until march 23rd. so i know all your server status as you have reported in forums. i will give back all status soon as i can. Also server upadated to 2.4 beta

its not a huge update. But the thing is that all the logs will have a unix timestamp attached to it for calculating the time at which it happened
