Ziggy resigned from mods, you know that, then why you included him in ur poll for voting. then next thing. its admins who are selecting mods. so you neednt be angry for having a lot of mods for us. we dont have much mods. we have only 6 they are ryan, @m@n@i@, biggiephil, zoomchrom, justmetheitalian, adriano. and the next thing is, 4 mods gone and they are nathaniel, ted, justsomeguy and ziggy and we selected 3 new mods instead of 4 gone they are zoomchrom, biggiephil and ryan. so the number of mods are not as high. then next thing. you are the most inactive mod in our server. i will send you how many hours you played in this week. its less than 30 minutes you know that??. the next thing, you said that a lot of mod needs practise, then you will be the first one in the queue to get practised as you are the wrostly trained mod in our server. let me ask who given you practise, have any admins told you to ipban a player for insulting?? then why you did ipban for teinos issue, if i need to demote inactive and bad mods, you will be the first one to get demotion, so dont brag up that we have bad and inactive mods. also zoomchrom, biggie and ryan are 3 new of our server staffs actually we lost 4 server staffs but i selected only 3 new staffs and even then you are telling that there are a lot. also you are telling that everyone is a moderator, then its a sign that you dont know how many players playing in server. there are situations when all mods maybe online. so for that you neednt say that all players are mods. just atleast play 1 hour a week and just check the ordinary player count. then next thing is that i selected 3 new mods because most mods except italian and adriano are inactive and you are the most inactive
(i will soon post a topic stating the amount of hours you being online). mosy time only italian in online. finally, biggie is from another timezone from USA so he will be online during other zone so neednt consider him when you are online as he will be offline. i been raging in my post because you dont have enough moderation quality inorder to post a topic like this saying about inactive and bad mods. its because we didnt said to you to IPBAN a player for insulting . usually ipban is for ban evaders. actually its an abuse of moderation command that you ipbanned a player for insulting, i will show you moderation log if you want. so first learn moderation duties and type of bans needed for all situations . then the last thing is that you are the mod with zero forum activity. see your average post/day. so if you want me to take action against bad and inactive mods, then at first i will be demoting you because you are the mod with zero forum and server activity. and i will soon post a topic about an issue of you ipbanning a player instead of /ban for insulting. we will be discussing the issue about you being inactive and bad mod , in that same topic itself

what does it mean of having different names on forums and in game ?? player and admins must identify you at forums and in game so you must change it
Also zoomchrom is our new staff helper instead of ted and biggie is our new mod instead of nathaniel and ryan is our beta tester instead of our ziggy. so their recruitment is fair and neednt demote them. also we didnt select anyone instead of justsomeguy. its because now we have 6 mods and its enough i think. if admins wish and they think we need more, they can select
