About many moderators have more score.

hey, guys jordi526 here

I have talk with zwartepietNL yesterday. And he say that moderator more score have like 3000 +/- And I the high admin score have 700 +/-. zwartepietNL has only 5 works in 1 month! And me jordi526 1 job today minimum hopely. And we are thinkinh hard that you guys not hard working. Me jordi526 and zwartepietNL we are working hard for it. So moderator please work hard on the server.

jordi you mean that only admins are working hard and moderators are not working hard?? its true in some moderator cases. Only a few of our moderators are working hard and in my words only 1/6 moderators are working for server. others are just doing missions and some moderators login very rarely and go off very fast
(just only for 10 minutes a week),i know who it is but i am not telling his name here, their activity seems like that they are just logging in so as to protect their moderator status and to protect them from inactivity. if they wanna take leave from server to learn in school, they can do it by telling us. we wont demote anyone for taking leave from server due to school. they can resign and go for studies and also they can get it back whenever they are free (case of ziggy1394, he went for studies and joined back when he is free)  we always appreciate studies. But they are behaving some like different. one more thing to say is that some moderators are not even helping players they are just taking it a for fun or being their own advantage. So work hard for the server. We admins are only a few in number but moderators are a lot in number. so we wont be able to do missions even if there are more than two moderators online. Yesterday i went online on duty inorder to make zwartepietNL to do a mission. See our scores also. 

P.S. - i am not scolding the moderators, we are all proud of you. but the thing is that you need to work hard more

me amanaia i have worked hard when i was a moderator but now i do my duty normally yes im too agree with jordi ou moderators are so lazy else adrian i seen a noob who was spamming in server there were three moderators and im 4th nd no-one ban him nd there was a moderator lvl 3 who was warning him  so i think our new moderators need a lot of practise

Yes you are all right.
Ardian is a very good moderator and he is just like our italian.
always busy with admin duties.
About all other moderators we know they,
are more often working for their own score than just help the "new" players.

So yeah @m@n@i@ you are right,
they need to practise in helping..
and otherwise they aren't ready for being a admin.
In that case they will probably be demoted soon.
