Server Trouble and Issue of Scania

Ok we can find the reason for the server crash during last day, so what we are doing is we are backing up your files and re installing the server to see if that fixes it server may not be up tell sometime later Tuesday as we switching to a diff billing system so we have to shut off all servers tell we are done merging accounts to the new system if the issue still happens are this reinstall when servers are booted back up

i got these message from our host. anyway our issue with server crash is now solved. so while backing up the files, they might have missied scania's user file. so i think all the data of scania is now lost anyway i appologize for the issue caused so i will give back the score, house and all stats that scania had. please tell me how much score and all you had and suggest me the house you had. so i will give back everything to you in the server
