IP Spammers

Some Moderators here have their own server. Nothing to say, it is normal. I want to write their names:

• JusTSoMeGuY and Jessica/Mario
• Nathaniel

The problem is that there are players with trivial names like "Crazyman" or "Crazy_BoY_4_ever" that came in server, spam IP and than leave.
The IP spammers of JusTSoMeGuy's server are already been banned and we are ok now, but today (December 26^th 2012) also came IP spammers of Nathaniel's server. I've banned 2 of those but the third managed to escape. Then I went to spam our server IP to Nathaniel's server and he ip-range banned me.
Anyone who supports me in this idea please tell.

Hey when someone spam's his Ip in our server,
IP ban him directly.

BUT: don't spam our IP's in others servers.
We Don't wanna have ip-spammers/hackers in our server, so do they.
So Don't spam other servers (in main) with our IP.
And just ban the players IP who is advertising in our server.
