I AGREE WITH jordi526! I have got a bar too near the police station in Los Santos: it geners 35$ a day. Now i have 50.000$ to retrive but i can't because "Businnes not yet generated it's income, come back after sometimes" 

P.S. I've lost all my 5 cars maybe (in Height opinion) I havent renewed my insurance but when I do /housemenu, and i select "Buy house-car insurance" It says: "You have already a insurance for all vehicles of this house" or something like this

The Business system bug will be fixed soon before december 31st, i will fix it after december 23rd. Neednt worry. But the problem with italian losing his 5 cars is not my fault. Let me explain the car and house system. So when you buy a car, each house have their own cars assigned to it. I think italian have 3 houses. He might be trying to buy insurance on any of them which he is already having an insurance. thats why it says like that. But the problem with losing his cars is that, he might not be having insurance for that particular house. anyway its not bugged. i am having a house in LS which i bought 10 cars and insurance and still all cars are there. so if italian wanted a proof losing cars is due to lack of insurance, please tell me the location of house where you lost your cars. I will show you the House logs.
